Dance Necessities is Boise's newest dance studio that provides everything you need for ballroom, latin, and social dancing

We are a local, independent studio that focuses on teaching our students how to dance, not just how to memorize patterns. You will learn the art of lead and follow and the different techniques of each dance that make it unique.

We are open seven days a week and offer private instruction during the day, evening, and weekends. We have a variety of group classes to suit your needs. Just call or come by the studio and try out a class. Check our calendar for class days and times.

Practice is vitally important for dancers and we offer dance parties for you to come out and practice. Check our calendar for party days and times.

We also welcome everyone, whether you are a student of our studio or not, to drop by the studio to practice on your own. Cost is only $7 per person, per practice hour.
